Tried recreating my favourite vegan maki from at home and went all in 🍣🌱
Thai Hippie: tofu tempura, avocado, cucumber, carrot, cashew, herbs, red onion, peanut sauce
Cowgirl: pickle tempura, sriracha onion rings, mayo, tonkatsu
Crunchy Cabbage: tofu + napa cabbage tempura, scallion, creamy spicy sauce
Eden Roll: sweet potato tempura, asparagus, edamame hummus, sundried tomato, brown rice, soy paper, olive oil, Maldon salt
Bito Vegan Maki 2.0: asparagus tempura, vegan cream cheese, beetroot, almond, Thai basil, citrus, agave mustard
Shiitake To Me: coconut mushrooms, shiitake + sweet potato tempura, truffle oil, Thai basil, sweet soy
V.L.T: lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomato, avocado, shallot, smoked tomato paper, mayo
