🔥 “Spice, smoke, and soul — that’s what real Tandoori Chicken is made of!” 🍗✨

🍗 Tandoori Chicken Recipe:

Ingredients:

4 chicken legs
1 cup curd (yogurt)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala

Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil

Instructions:

Clean and cut slits on the chicken pieces.
In a bowl, mix curd, lemon juice, spices, and oil to make a marinade.
Coat the chicken well and refrigerate for 4–6 hours (overnight for best results).
Grill or bake at 200°C for 25–30 minutes until smoky and charred.
Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.

Here’s a simple mango shake recipe you can make at home 🍹👇

🥭 Ingredients

1 large ripe mango (peeled and chopped)

1 cup chilled milk

2 tablespoons sugar or honey (adjust to taste)

2–3 ice cubes (optional)

1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional, for creaminess)

🧊 Instructions

Blend Mango: Add chopped mango to a blender.

Add Milk & Sugar: Pour in milk and add sugar/honey.

Blend Smoothly: Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

Optional: Add ice cubes or ice cream, then blend again for 5 seconds.

Serve: Pour into a tall glass and garnish with mango cubes or dry fruits.

Chicken Curry Recipe:

Ingredients:
500g chicken (bone-in or boneless)
2 tbsp oil or ghee
2 onions (finely chopped)
2 tomatoes (pureed or chopped)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 cup yogurt (optional, for richness)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala

Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until fragrant.
Add tomatoes and cook until soft and the oil starts separating.
Mix in all dry spices — turmeric, chili, coriander, and cumin powder.
Add chicken pieces and cook until they are well coated with masala.
Stir in yogurt (optional) and a little water to adjust the gravy.
Cover and cook on medium flame for 20–25 minutes until chicken is tender.
Sprinkle garam masala, stir, and simmer for 5 more minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan. 🍚🥖

Protein-packed Soya Burji — healthy, hearty, and homemade!
🧂 Ingredients (for 2 servings):

1 cup soya granules
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 tomato (finely chopped)
1 green chili (optional)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp oil

Salt to taste
Fresh coriander (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Steps:

Boil Soya Granules:
Boil 2 cups of water with a pinch of salt. Add soya granules and cook for 3–4 minutes.
Then drain and squeeze out all water.

Prepare the Masala:
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add Spices:
Mix in ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, and garam masala.
Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Tomato:
Add chopped tomato and cook until it becomes soft and releases oil.

Add Soya:
Now add boiled soya granules. Mix well so masala coats evenly.
Add a little salt and 1–2 tbsp water if it looks dry.
Cook for 5–6 minutes on low flame.

Finish & Serve:
Garnish with chopped coriander.
Serve hot with roti, chapati, or bread.
