Behind the Bake | Episode 2: The Favourite Bun

It definitely has to be our Salted Caramel Bun.

While developing this one, we didn’t want it to be just sweet, we wanted layers. The Bittersweet caramel, rich chocolate and the huge flakes of sea salt that cut right through, soften and tie the whole bun together did it for us.

It’s the kind of flavour we keep going back to and that last hint of salt? That’s what makes it our favourite.
