Made this naked buttercream cake with soaked coffee sponge. To finish it up I decided the cake with gold leaf and a few swirls on top. I also added a few golden pearls,gold dust and a happy birthday dad topper!

So I finally hopped on to the trend of mini cakes ! Made a pink ombré mini cake :) inspired and recreated by 😊
These cakes are just so cute and perfect for 1 or 2 people to eat. I have to say that I enjoyed the making of this cake a lot :D

Happy Tuesday everyone!
So lately I was busy working on this “Iyengar style strawberry cream cake” 🍰
Made these cream cakes for an order :)
For all of those who don’t know about Iyengar bakery ! Brief Info below 👉🏻
Basically it is one of the most famous and old bakeries of India. Iyengar bakery is mostly known for its delicious cakes,pastries,etc. And the most important thing is that the taste has never changed!!

Hey everyone,
If you guys remember a few days ago I went crazy with cinnamon rolls! Trust me these are just out of the world. I wasn’t a fan at first but then after making it and observing the process , I may have gotten convinced 😀
Oh and also a cup cappuccino with cinnamon rolls cannot go wrong ;)

Tried making super soft , airy and delicate chocolate ‘Swiss roll cake’ !
I won’t say that’s it’s perfect but I guess it’s definitely good for a first try. This sponge is so light and airy,and the chocolate whipped cream rolled into the sponge complements it perfectly !
Oh and also not to forget,the chocolate decorations on the top of the cake :) Had a lot of fun experimenting with chocolate decorations :D

A “ Classic Chocolate Cake” .
This cake is super moist and chocolaty in flavour:D Also the chocolate whipped cream complements the sponge very well. The intense chocolate flavour in that moist sponge is just insane !

For alll of the chocolate lovers out there 😆
This triple chocolate mousse cake had all 3 types of chocolate 🍫 in it!! This mousse cake is just so creamy,chocolaty ,airy and velvety.... For the crust I went for an Oreo base ! The bottom most layer is a dark chocolate mousse,the middle layer is a milk chocolate mousse layer and the top layer is white chocolate mousse:D

Here are the cupcakes 🧁 that I baked over the weekend! Made these for my one of my best frds bday😆 hope you liked it :D
It’s a classic chocolate cupcake with a swirl of American buttercream 😃
The taste of the chocolate cupcake was just divine and the buttercream was so light and airy with that buttery flavour:D Perfectly complemented each other :)
