This one is the Ultimate Chocolate Cake inspired by with a few twists..
It was the best choice for my sister's birthday !! .
The moist and spongy base with chocolate mousse frosting and topped with Truffles 🥧🥧 .
My novice frosting skills were complemented by Her small tips and tricks and suggestions have always pushed me and helped me ❤️

This one's a birthday cake!
Earlier in May, I tried to make my own version of the classic lemon tea cake as a birthday cake for my mum.
A three tier cake separated by a layer of creamy lemon zest icing topped with lemon slices dipped in caramel 🍋
Now baking cakes for birthdays and special ocassions!
