Whipped cream

I love making whipped cream at home just cold cream, a little sweetness, and a few minutes of whisking until it turns soft, fluffy and perfectly airy. 🤍 So simple, yet it makes every dessert feel extra special! ✨

Recipe:
🧁 Ingredients
Dilecta non dairy whipping cream 1 cup 240 g
White chocolate 1/4 cup 45 g
Fresh cream 2 tbsp 30 g

✨ Method
Whip the non dairy whipping cream on medium speed until stiff peaks form and the cream holds its shape.

Warm the fresh cream slightly and pour it over the white chocolate. Let it sit for about a minute, then mix until smooth to make a white chocolate ganache. Let it cool slightly.

Gently fold the ganache into the whipped cream until smooth and silky.

Use this stabilized whipped cream for piping, frosting, or layering cakes.
