Now that’s my kinda lunch.

On my plate unpolished red rice, potola aloo tarakari (pointed gourd & potato curry), khada saaga bhajja (green amaranth stir fry) & Kalara gota sorisa bhajja (stuffed small bitter gourd with mustard masala/ paste) . And the whole thing is way better if you are a green chilli fan.

One of my favourite dishes to have in Bangalore monsoons. It gives me all the warmth that I need. I devour on this and take a cozy nap wrapped under the comforter. How does that sound? Do you feel like doing that now?

It’s a simple Naga bamboo shoot & pork curry with rice and potato chutney. Thanks to to introduce me to this recipe.

How many of you love just a warm & cozy bowl tomato basil soup with a slice of toasted sour dough bread. 🙋🏻‍♀️🤤

I usually like olive oil for my sour dough toast. It balances the sourness of the bread and a healthier option to butter. What do you like for your sour dough?

Well hello there… this is my version of Korean chicken noodle ramen soup. Perfectly cooked Korean instant ramen floating on a clear chicken & shiitake mushroom broth, a wholesome topping of spicy gochujang chicken mince, shiitake mushroom (used in broth making), perfectly boiled egg with a jammy centre , spring onion, roasted white sesame dust (roughly powdered) and fresh cucumber cut into matchsticks for the soothing crunch. Ok now you enjoy it from the photo. Taaa taa 😜

P.S- forgot to add roasted nori sheets too to the topping description. Honestly too lazy to go back and edit after that big bowl of awesomeness. 🥱

Made this beautiful creamy buttery mashed potato when specifically asked for it. Otherwise potatoes are a big no no in the house.
