For all the women out there — however she came to be.

Hopefully one day we won’t need a day to remind the world that women deserve equal power, equal pay, equal respect, equal rights. It’ll just be the way things are.

But until that day arrives, we celebrate loudly.

We celebrate the women who build, nurture, challenge, create, endure, and keep the world moving — often without the credit they deserve. Because if humankind exists and continues to flourish, it’s very much because of them.

So here’s to the women. Not just for a day, but always.

This ranges from being the perfect sweet way to break your fast / Iftar to being an energy packed pre-workout snack … or simply a guilt free way to indulge ;).

Imagine chewy, sticky, nutty — but not the kind that breaks your jaw… the kind that melts instantly in your mouth, along with your worries momentarily . A warm, comforting hug in the form of a toffee-like bar, enjoyed in the most unadulterated, feel-good way.

Growing up in a Sindhi household, our absolute favourite mithai was Tharu’s Triple Pista Halwo (widely known as Karachi halwa). This is, in a way, my ode to Tharu’s halwa — minus the zillion extra calories and the guilt that follows with it 🤣.

A bar made with three uncomplicated ingredients: premium Kalmi dates, monkfruit-sweetened chocolate and pistachios. No added sugar. No nasties. No grains. No gluten. Gut-friendly, yet it tastes so sinful you might not believe a word I’ve written here… but you must.

Naturally high in fibre, rich in healthy fats, and a good source of magnesium, potassium and antioxidants.
