Crunchy, fluffy, delicious waffle goodness with SKYR yogurt!
400g SKYR yogurt
3 eggs
100ml milk
50g melted butter
2 tsp baking powder
250g plain flour
Pinch coarse salt

4 ingredients! Blueberry muffins. ☕️
These are a must try. So simple and an ideal January treat. 🤤
2 EGGS
2 BANANAS
150g BLUBERRIES
200-250g PEANUT BUTTER

Mash it all together in a bowl until well combined and scoop approx 50g mixture into each section of your cupcake tins.
Bake for approx 15min at 180.
Enjoy!!
