We'll be channelling our inner Bridgertons to create a small cake complete with frills, shells, swirls & strings while the fizz is flowing. You might want to get a lift to this one but alcohol-free fizz will also be available!

An introduction to piping florals, this is a very popular class! We’ll talk about colour theory, shading techniques and why temperature matters! Creating 6 cupcakes to take home, we’ll focus on mastering the basic movements with a small range of piping tips, specially designed to get you started in your flower piping journey.

For those with a little more experience, this class is designed to build on those basic skills and learn to exercise control over your tips to achieve a more refined result. We’ll be piping daisies, dahlias, sunflowers, peonies, camelia & clematis, plus I’ll give you some tricks on foliage & fillers.
