My big boy is taking part in a cooking competition in just 2 weeks’ time at the Waterford Harvest Festival! They have to cook something in an airfryer.

After MANY ingredients, MANY oranges 🍊😂 and plenty of trial and error trying to get that air-fryer timing just right… I think we can finally say his Chocolate & Orange Fondant is competition ready! 🍫🍊🔥

Picked locally, carried home in a little basket, and cooked down in my kitchen. There’s something so special about making food from what’s growing right on our doorstep. 💜
