Birthday and celebration cakes start at €65 for 15 people.

You can add treats and side dishes to the same order, so the food for the whole party is sorted with one collection.

I can't stand coleslaw. Never have.

But it went on my side-dish menu anyway, because a family party in Ireland without it on the table would be noticed.

So my parents, my brother and my sisters did the taste testing for that one. They took the job very seriously.

That's how the sides get onto my menu. Tested by the people who'll always be honest with me, so you can put food on the table you're proud of.

If you're having the family over at home around Newport, Co. Tipperary, Limerick or Nenagh, your cake and your sides can come from one order and one collection.

Every one of these happens in my kitchen in Newport, and you'll never see a single one in the photo.

1. I test every sponge myself rather than trusting the oven timer.

2. Every single layer gets levelled, so your cake sits straight and tall on the table.

3. The fillings are weighed, so the last slice gets as much as the first.

4. Before it's boxed, I turn the cake round and check it from every side.

5. I check your collection time twice, so you're never left waiting at my door.

Skip any one of them and you'd probably never notice. I would.

It's the small stuff that means your birthday cake looks and tastes right when your family sits down to it.

Party inspo for the parents planning an autumn birthday at home around Newport, Nenagh and Limerick.

Autumn baking in Tipperary has officially started.

These cinnamon swirls are back for the season. Soft and full of flavour amd topped with caramel & pecan, hazelnut & white chocolate or classic cinnamon sugar.

They're the kind of thing you pick up for a family visit and nobody leaves a crumb.

If you're having people over this autumn, you can add them to a celebration cake order, or put together a box with brownies, blondies and cookies.

I'm also taking orders for cheesecakes (biscoff/oreo/snickers/strawberry & white choc/raspberry&white choc), so dessert is sorted in the same collection.

One order, one pick-up in Newport, and the baking is done for you.

There are available dates in November, DM me to order from my menus OR see me at the Community market in Killoscully on the 25th of October from 11am - 1pm.

There was a great buzz around Killoscully the last time I set up my stall there.

I met so many of my neighbours, and ye were so good to me that I sold out.

So I'm back on the 25th of October, and this time I'm bringing brownies, blondies, cookies, sourdough, guiness bread, soda bread, my ever popular focaccia and more!

The market is from 11am to 1, in Killoscully community hall, and I'd love to see you there.
