We are currently recruiting for a sales representative for immediate start. Part time/Full time

Duties include: Develop and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers to maximise sales opportunities across the region. Generate accounts, introducing new products to clients, management of orders and all new accounts. Achieve all assigned sales targets through a specific focus on developing new customers. Sales co-ordination, regular planning and follow through to ensure achievement of sales targets.
Maintenance of the company vehicle in a clean, hygienic and roadworthy condition.

Skills: Enthusiastic person with a positive customer-focused attitude. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. Valid full clean driving licence essential.

Experience in a similar role desirable.

They are added to enclosed packaging to help remove or decrease the level of oxygen in the package. They are used to help maintain product safety and extend shelf life. Please do NOT eat it :-) !

This Weeks Shout Out goes to the Amazingly Talented Milan & Diana over at HoneyCake.ie in Ferbane, Co Offaly! I had the pleasure of meeting them both in Tullamore in December and finally got to try their Delicious Produce! Their Creation, Irish Honey Cake is a Uniquely Textured, Deliciously Decadent yet surprisingly Light Range of Cakes made with Pure Irish Honey and if you haven't stumbled across them yet, then I definitely recommend a Road Trip to Offaly just to try these Cakes, they are Fantastic!

Originally from the Czech Republic, Milan moved to Ireland over a decade ago. After 10 years working as a chef, Milan decided to create his own New Irish Product. Together with his partner Diana, they spent their time in the kitchen developing new recipes. Their delicious Honey Bee Cake recipe is inspired from Eastern Europe Tradition and created with some Irish ingredients, including honey from Irish bees. What they have created is a very uniquely textured cake.... They have two distinctive Flavours to chose from,

"Mr. Brown" A Cocoa-Sponge honey cake layered with honey and milk coconut filling, decorated with white chocolate curls!
"Mr. White" A Honey and Hazelnut-Sponge honey cake layered with honey and caramel filling and decorated with milk chocolate and hazelnuts!

Trust Me, each one is more delicious than the next..So it's definitely worth trying both! ;)

You can find them in Selected SuperValu Ireland Stores in the Section and a little bird tells me they have been seen at Tullamore Food Fayre also... You need to try these!
