5 years on from losing Javi, what I feel now is tremendous gratitude for having met him, loving him and creating a beautiful daughter with him.

We have a lovely little life now that would not be possible without Javi being part of the story.

We have a lovely life in Ireland along with a lovely connection to his family in Spain who are our family now too ❤️❤️

It took a lot of work on healing to get here as I had to acknowledge the unfairness of losing him but the work was worth it to be here ❤️❤️ #

I sat on a beach in the Algarve at the weekend with friends and family wishing Javi was there. As the sun began to set I took this video and it turns out he was there but in a different form. He always appears in green as it was his favourite colour 💚💚

I want to offer an Online version of my Grief Support Group that incorporates Breath Work and Connection.

This is the first time I am running it but let’s see if 1 hour is enough. You can join and just listen and do the breathwork session or you can have your camera on and tell us about your Grief.

If you love you will grieve.

The biggest misconception of Grief before I went through a significant loss was that it had a timeline but I will miss and grieve Javi forever as I will love him forever.

His loss has taught me that it is important to live life with intention as you never know when things will change and you might lose someone important in your life ❤️

We need to focus on what is important in life and make the most of every day

Reintroducing myself to the new people here! Welcome ❤️

I am building a business focused on Grief Support. I run monthly Grief Support Groups that bring Grievers together to heal a little through sharing, breathwork and Reiki.

I also work one to one with people with Reiki sessions and have had some magical results for coping with Grief and general stress and anxiety management 💫

If you feel you need some support while you deal with the loss of someone close to you please come along.

The support, understanding and care among the attendees is always amazing. The group usually laughs more than cries but crying is also very welcome too ❤️
