Carrot, lemon, walnuts and orange blossom sponge, filled with a dreamy pistachio mascarpone cream. ✨

How to achieve a soft buttercream in three steps?

1. Good quality butter 🧈
2. Always sift your icing sugar
3. Vanilla and a drop of milk 🥛

Obviously good equipment is a plus, and I couldn’t do it without my titanium chef baker mixer.
