Congratulations to Orla and Edmund on tying the knot last Saturday. I set up their cake which is decorated with sugar lace appliqué in the beautiful Middleton Park Hotel. 2 tiers were delicious fruit cake and 2 tiers were Vanilla cake filled with Raspberry Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Wishing you both every happiness for the future.

Easter Egg Basket Cake - I made this cake as a donation for the Benefit Night raffle for Baby Aine Boyhan Galligan. Please read below and perhaps if you are unable to attend tonight then you might make a donation instead. Every little bit helps :-)

To whom it concerns,
The community of Ringtown and Kilnaleck are holding a fundraising event for baby Aine Boyhan Galligan. Baby Aine was born on the 7th August 2014. Baby Aine suffers from a rare condition called Bilateral Congenital Cataract.
Aine’s optic nerves are not functioning and she also has a Nystagmus in both eyes.
It is vital in the first 24 months of Aine’s life that a large number of medical procedures be carried out by Dr. Brosnahan, Ophthalmologist in Our Lady's Children Hospital, Crumlin, Co. Dublin.
Aine has to wear glasses with special lenses, which it is hoped that these lenses will stimulate the retinas which in turn will stimulate her optic nerves. Among other costs these lenses must be upgrade every 6-8 weeks none of these costs are covered by our health system.
We hope with you generous financial support we can really support baby Aine and her family.

Dotty Dragon Birthday cake for my own little man. Two of my son's favourite things, chocolate biscuit cake and dragons :-D. This surprise cake was literally thrown together in such a rush but the outcome was as expected... he loved it :-D

Wedding cake for the beautiful bride Aisling and her lovely new husband Paddy. I loved making this cake, its definitely one of my favourites plus hearing all the lovely feedback made my head swell just a little :-D Bottom tier is chocolate biscuit cake, the double barrel tier is vanilla with lemon buttercream and vanilla with raspberry buttercream and the top 2 tiers are lemon drizzle with vanilla buttercream. Flowers are all handmade and edible
