The Sweetest Thing Clonmel The Sweetest Thing Bakery and Cookery School, Clonmel, County Tipperary. We specialise in cake decorating from sugarcraft to flowers to modelling figures.

We are a cookery school and we hold classes in all aspects of baking from bread classes, pastry and cakes. We also teach cooking such as soups and easy dinners to Indian cooking. All our classes are hands on and everything you make/bake you take home with you. The cost of each class includes all ingredients and equipment. We are fully insured and are registered and approved by the HSE. We are fully complient with HACCP.
