I had the pleasure of designing and making this cake for Róisín & James. It was a 9 inch Belgium chocolate biscuit cake made using a whole 2.5kg of Callebaut Chocolate loaded with Crunchie and Malteasers and a 6 inch lemon cake filled with lemon curd and buttercream. Decorated with vanilla buttercream and baby’s breath supplied by the bride to match her colour scheme
