After 5 years of Real Bread Killarney the journey has come to an end. This business is now closed permanently. We would like to thank all of our truly amazing customers who have supported us throughout and kept us going through great times and difficult. All of our Sourdough breads, Rolls, Pizza bases and Cinnamon Tolls were made with love and integrity just for you. Be kind to everyone and look after each other. Beautiful sunlight bursting in through the windows on this frosty clear morning in Beaufort. Some amazing breads coming out of the oven for our Wednesday deliveries and here’s a few I made with leftover dough. The big boy is our White Sourdough “Big Boule” while the perfect ear appears on our Seeded Sourdough and the mini loaf is also leftover dough from our Seeded Sourdough batch. Goes to show that big and small are equally beautiful and tasty too 😍

Scaling and shaping some of our delicious Sourdough. This is a blend of white and whole-wheat flours that combine to give a delicious flavour, beautiful crust and internal crumb structure. These loaves will slow proof over the coming days abs will be baked off and delivered to our wonderful customers Friday. Nothing added but time and love ❤️
