Coconut Sugar (Palm Sugar) is produced from nira flower of palm tree (cocos nucifera), as substitute for white sugar. It has GI (Glycemic Index) 35, low and safe for diabetes, granule shape, mesh 14-16, light brown, soft caramel taste and teasing, expired date 2 years.
It is produced in Bumi Sari Village, the slope of Mount Slamet, Purbalingga, Central Java. It is the highest mountain in Central Java with delicious and sweet coconut flavor.
It is done by trained and manual coconut workers patiently in waiting nira drops to drop. 6 liters coconut palm produce 1kg of palm sugar. Then they’re collected and cooked manually with modern equipments, using food grade, hygienic, halal and organic certified from Control Union.
Our gradual process: Melting, Evaporating, Granulating, 1st Sieving, Drying, 2nd Sýrieving, Weighing, Packing and Palletizing.
Mix Palm Sugar to Coffee, Tea, Cake and other sweeteners.
