Made with Italian hazelnuts that are filled with nutrients, the OraSì Hazelnut milk is both refreshing and rich in flavour. It’s also fortified with calcium and vitamins for added goodness.
Turn on the festive celebrations with these Hazelnut Santa Hat Brownies made with OraSì Hazelnut milk.
Hazelnut Santa Hat Brownies
(Makes approx. 9-12 brownies)
Brownie Ingredients
2 eggs
125g unsalted butter
250g brownie mix
80ml OraSì Hazelnut milk
1 tsp coffee powder
Frosting Ingredients
200ml cold whipping cream
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 pack of strawberries
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Spray the parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, melted butter, brownie mix, and coffee powder.
3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and use a spatula to smooth the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove brownies from baking dish and cool completely before cutting.
4. While the brownies cool, make the frosting: In a large bowl, whip the cream, sugar and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until fluffy.
5. Once cool, cut the brownies using a small round mould that similar in size to your strawberries.
6. Place frosting in a piping/ziploc bag, squeeze a swirl of frosting on top of the brownie. Place the strawberry on top and top with a dot of frosting to complete the Santa hat.
