A little love letter from Rolly. 💌

One year ago, Rolly opened its doors for the very first time.

Since then, somehow, this little cinnamon roll place became so much more than we ever imagined.

We’ve watched first dates turn into regular dates, strangers become friends, and so many of you make Rolly your little spot in Budapest.

We’ve made more Lotus rolls than we could ever count — safe to say, you made that one an icon. 🤎
We’ve poured an unreasonable amount of iced matcha. 🍵
We watched the Dot Cake become a thing overnight.

We created, tested, changed, experimented, failed, tried again — and occasionally watched our ideas travel a little further than expected. 👀

But hey… inspiration has to come from somewhere.

And with all the recent talk, who knows — maybe that Netflix documentary isn’t such a joke after all. 🎬

Until then, while everyone else is busy looking around, we’re looking forward.

Because Rolly was never supposed to stay the same.

New flavors. New drinks. New ideas. New obsessions. And a few things we’re keeping secret for now.
