For those who don’t know me yet, I’ve trained in France in one of the best culinary school, worked in a very successful bakery in Lille and then imported my expertise in Utila 8 years ago. Throughout the year my sourdough has often being copied but never duplicated 😉 I bake in limited quantities so I recommend to preorder in advance before it’s sold out!
