新產品報到-冧酒提子磅蛋糕
冧酒提子一向是嫲嫲吃鬆餅的首選,翻熱後塗上濃濃的凝脂奶油, 再配上一杯熱咖啡或茶,就是我們工場同事每天的下午茶時光(是休息不是偷懶😆)
直到最近製作這款冧酒提子磅蛋糕,大家都跳槽了。鬆軟的磅蛋糕吸水性比鬆餅好,每一口都能夠嘗到更香濃的Rum酒餘韻,塗上凝脂奶油,每一口吃下去都感到幸福滿滿。
微微烤/ 煎熱成脆邊,口感更佳!

Since this rum raisin pound cake comes, all of us switch to the cake as it soaked more moisture from the rum and gives a next level aroma. Such a delicious treat pairing with our clotted cream.
