About Us

Jolly Happy 是專門製作無麩質、無乳製品及無蛋的烘焙甜點的工作室。店主Emily從小就熱愛烘焙及製作甜點。

在幾年前，Emily因出長達3個月蕁麻疹(俗稱風疹)的關係而做過敏原測試。測試結果顯示Emily愛吃的小麥、蛋及奶類製品… … 還有很多很多她愛吃的食物敏感指數也很高。這樣觸發了Emily研究製作無麩質、無蛋及無乳製品等等的烘焙產品及甜點。

o, Emily underwent a food sensitivity test since she suffered from Urticaria for 3 months. The test result showed that Emily had food allergy to wheat, eggs and dairy products... and many her favourite foods. This motivated her to explore to make gluten-free, egg-free and dairy-free baking products and desserts. Jolly Happy sincerely wish that all of you, who have food allergy and are concerned about health, could cheerfully enjoy our delicious, gluten-free, egg-free & dairy-free baking products and desserts (just like our studio name very happy). Being able to see you happily enjoying our products with joy is our greatest motivation!
