今日係我們Bread Secret沙田新城市廣場店試業第一日，完滿結束，所以麵包均售罄😱。試到好多要改善的地方，從生產到店面，從系統到產品擺設，方方面面都有改善的空間。非常高興見到好多熟悉的面孔，支持我們的客人，支持無添加化學劑手工麵包，支持香港本地烘焙的大家，繼續支持仍然默默耕耘的香港小店。

Today marks the 1st day of our soft opening at Shatin New Town Plaza, and it’s been a complete success, all bread SOLD OUT 😱 We’ve identified many areas for improvement, from production to the store layout, as well as our IT systems and product displays. We’re so happy to see many familiar faces - thank you to our customers for supporting our additive-free handmade bread and local baking in Hong Kong. Let’s continue to support the small shops in Hong Kong that keep working hard in the background!

We’ll be closing for Christmas and will resume business on December 27th.
