We are a team of two self-taught sisters, passionate about baking memories and celebrating life. Our love for art, deco & design and all pretty SWEET things led us to find Celebrations, where we could have the best both worlds! Craftsmanship, quality and creativity are at the heart of Celebrations, nothing leaves our door till we are happy with our creations. We specialise in customised cakes, cup

We had the pleasure to make this very bold cake for a young lady who is apparently obsessed with Black and Fuchsia colours. We love the black on black with pop of colour effect. We also made a floral initial, another big trend in weddings and art deco world!

! Rather than normal round or square cake, we went for a star shaped cake which is quite unique and more fun. Unfortunately Captain America didn't make it to Michael's party, the rock solid figurine broke on the way to the party due to intense humid and heat we have here in Hong kong :(
Our client had to buy a toy to replace him. We are pretty bummed about it as he was the star of the cake but sadly it's just one of those things sometimes you have no control over...

Trend Alert: Wafer paper flowers and Geometric patterns are the 'HOTTEST' things in cake design world at the moment. So glad we got to try it for a very sweet couple who just got hitched over the weekend. We were asked to follow the design and colour theme of their beautiful invite (top tier) and rest was up to us. Our first attempt in making realistic human face cake aka HULK cake. Face carved out of polystyrene and sculpted with fondant. Torso all carved out of cake.
Our verdict, LOTS of room for improvement especially the facial features but on the brighter side it was not too bad for our first try, what say you? :)

After doing this cake we have even more utmost respect for cake artists like Mike's Amazing Cakes, MichelleSugarArt and Karen Portaleo, Cake Artist who we aspire to be SOMEDAY and in our opinion, can-do-no-wrong. We salute you!
