Hiking themed cake for Marc’s 30th 🥾

For size reference this is an 8”, three layered cake and would feed about 20-25 people!

Cake hack: if you can’t eat all your cake, cut it up into individual pieces and freeze it. When you fancy a slice, pop it out the freezer and let it thaw for 25 mins - voila!

I love using fresh flowers and greenery to decorate cakes - I think they look so beautiful (esp. with a pink little drip and gold leaf!) 🌷🌸

After lots of searching and research, Mostly Megan cakes are now made with mostly plastic free ingredients!
We’ve swapped butter, flour, caster sugar, baking powder, eggs and all chocolate products for plastic free packaging … we’re still working to find plastic free suppliers for food colouring, icing sugar and fondant - we’d love to hear from you if you have any ideas 💡
