Do you miss carrot cake? I DO. In Australia, this is a must have item in most of the cafe … but this is not the case in Hong Kong. 😅 Hence, I decided to make my own version with a subtle twist with coconut flour and top with Lime Mascarpone Icing. Who can bypass this temptation? I cannot. 🤣🤣

Made sables cookie for the Chinese New Year gift box. I love coffee with pecans while my husband prefers chocolate. Close to 1,000 pieces of cookies was baked for the CNY gift box …resulting soar arms and shoulders the next day. 😂😅
