We are a family run vegetarian bakery & kitchen, and supply both trade and the public with our range of homemade cakes, brownies and treats, and of course our speciality Homity Pie. We are a long standing, dependable family bakery based in the lovely Peak district village of Youlgrave. We are committed to supplying all of our customers ( whether its an individual passing by or one of our large sca

le clients ) with the very best in “proper' baking and cooking that we ourselves would want to eat
We don’t believe in using lots of additives or preservatives so therefore we don’t use any packet mixes or artificial frostings or flavourings – its just simply good handmade food to order. We are exclusively a vegetarian bakery so therefore all of our products are suitable for vegetarians and where stated vegans and no animal fats are used at all in any of our products. It also goes without saying that we only use free range eggs
We bake fresh every weekday so your goods could not be fresher than if you made them yourself but with the convenience of being delivered to your door without any fuss – our commitment to you is to deliver what you want and when you need it
We are flexible when it comes to our customers needs and we offer the personal touch – if you cant see what you want on our website or brochure then give us a call and we will endeavour to supply your every need so if you want a tomatoe and chilli cake so be it ! We have an extensive ( and growing ) gluten free range with both cakes and all of our ready meals being suitable for gluten free diets

What a month we are having- thanks everyone for making it happen. We are so grateful that you pick us to feed you - it makes my heart sing and for those poor souls that have heard me actually sing you will be grateful it’s my heart singing!🤣.
