🧁 12 chocolate fudge cupcakes with a Percy pink vanilla buttercream swirl ready for a birthday party this weekend 🧁

I don’t normally bake cakes here as they intimidate me and decorating them gives me anxiety (I definitely didn’t cry out of desperation when making the buttercream) but I think these turned out well all things considered!

If anyone is in the market for some cupcakes, I guess I make them now 🤗

Well, it’s someone’s birthday somewhere 🤪

Apologies for being quiet on here recently. Due to the recent lockdown, my full time job has got really busy again and I just haven’t found the time to be open for orders again. Don’t get me wrong, I’m so grateful to have been able to work throughout the whole pandemic so far, it just means that Ram’s Bakery has to take a back seat for a bit.

That being said, I’ve missed being in the kitchen and baking things for fun, so. Here is the chocolate fudge loaf cake (inspired by Jane’s Patisserie) that I made today.

Hope you’re all doing okay. Life’s hard at the minute, but this too shall pass and we’ll get there. Always here for anyone who may need a chat to break their monotonous Groundhog Day up.

⭐️ SOLD OUT FOR 2020 ⭐️

Well, what a whirlwind that’s been. I’m overjoyed by the success my little bakery has had this year, and I can’t wait to see what next year has in store for me.

I’ll be taking a break between Christmas and the new year to rest and recharge. I hope you’ll understand.

I appreciate everyone who has ordered (and re-ordered) with me since I opened earlier in the year. I hope you’ll follow me into next year too. SoCiAlLy DiStAnCeD oF cOuRsE 😙✌🏻

🍪 I absolutely LOVE making birthday boxes for you guys!! Being there to deliver it to the recipient brings me so much joy too, even if people do look at me like I have 2 heads because they have no idea who I am/ aren’t expecting a delivery 🥴

- Today marks the last day of second lockdown here in Wales, and I’ve spent the majority of that time brainstorming recipes for my Christmas menu. Safe to say, I have so many ideas that I can’t wait to share with you!

- I’ll still have my regular menu running (with a couple of additions🤭) alongside my Christmas menu, so you can still have all of your favourites.

Aaaaaaand we’re back! Apologies for being away for a while, but thank you so much to those who have checked up on me while I’ve been away. I appreciate it more than you know.
Now, back to the bakery. The small, selected menu can be found on one of my earlier posts, and you can see the chocolate chip cookies and the classic brownies on a couple of posts before that. The most popular item so far has hands down been my ABOE boxes (and rightly so). They’re great for sharing (or not, I won’t judge) and for when you can’t quite decide on what you want. I can’t wait to make all of these lovely bakes for you guys. Just DM on here to order and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
Oh, also, POSTAL DELIVERIES WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM MONDAY ONWARDS. All my bpool guys, I got u.
