Lovely little gender reveal cake 🩷💙

Today's sunshine was so perfect for this cake - the disco balls and gems were reflecting all over the house 🪩

This is one of my new signature styles and 100% a new favourite of mine - beautiful shiny reflective chaos and perfect for a party lover.

Eighteenth birthday cake from the weekend - minimal piping with a simple monochrome colour palette gives a sophisticated aesthetic perfect for a big birthday 💁🏼‍♀️

My son wanted a very chocolatey cake for his birthday, so I created this - rich chocolate sponge, silky smooth milk/dark ganache and rainbow sprinkles.

It was actually a chocolatey dream, so I'm adding it to my menu - maybe I should listen to him more.

🍰 VINTAGE CAKE SLICES 🍰

These are a big new fave of mine - there are endless possibilities with colours, toppers, piping options etc etc etc

These individually presented, intricate slices would so lovely on a dessert/cake table for a wedding or event, or would be great with an edible logo on top for a brand launch or party.

I gave up trying to find the best angle for these, so I've included 4 😂

I made this raspberry-topped beauty for a ruby wedding anniversary at the weekend - I love the contrast of the deep red raspberries and bows with the bright white buttercream.

This style is super versatile for so many different occasions - it can be made in a number of different sizes or tiered up for an eye-catching wedding cake.

Any of my flavours can be decorated in this style, but this particular cake was my premium raspberry and white chocolate flavour - light vanilla sponge, sandwiched with a raspberry jammy sauce and white chocolate swiss meringue buttercream.
