Thank you for all who supported me at the hut for our 1st birthday!! 🎈

We had a very busy Saturday and didnt expect to sell out as fast as we did!

The Hut turns ONE! 🎈 AND WE ARE BACK OPEN!

We are back open and ready to celebrate the Honesty hut turning 1! Each bake inside the hut today has a raffle ticket attached, and this will enter you into a draw to win a treatbox!

Today we have:
- Kinder Cookie Pie
- Chocolate & Caramel Cake
- KitKat Stuffed Cookies
- Caramel Nibbbles Brownies
- Jammie D Blondies
- Biscoff Stuffed Cookies
- Garlic & Herb Sourdough Foccacia

We also have our own local honey, sourdough granola and preserves.

I know I said I was taking August off but... 🤣

4 orders for this weekend and it was so nice to make such varied things! I especially loved making the Scoobydoo cake. This was a caramel sponge, deep filled with caramel buttercream and caramel sauce- who says there's such a thing as too much caramel! 😆

The 40 cake was a classic victoria sponge topped with fruit from our garden and the white cake was our signature blackforest cake.

We have shut slightly early this evening as I've pretty much sold out of bakes! The left over cookie will be my treat!

Final restock until September! 😯

Come and grab some goodies whilst you can! It will be open today and tomorrow, or until sell out! I am having a temporary break throughout August, and the next restock after today will be Saturday 5th September.

All bakes can be frozen, if you fancy stocking up to see you through the summer hols!

About yesterday 😍

Sometimes I have to pinch myself... I actually made these! And during a heatwave too! I completely forgot to film setting the cakes up because I was so focused on making sure everything was perfect. It also turns out I can add flower arranger to my CV—the flowers took me forever! 😆

The two-tier wedding cake was a classic Victoria sponge filled with strawberry preserve and whipped vanilla buttercream. The smaller cake was a vegan chocolate cake, specially made for the bride and groom's lovely little boy, who has egg and milk allergies.

People often ask if I make wedding cakes, and technically the answer is no... but I do have another 4 booked in! 😂 So if you're looking for one, feel free to send me a message. I can't promise anything, but I'll definitely consider it! 🤍
