WASTE-NOT CHESTNUT DAIFUKU 🌰

We simmer our shibukawani (candied chestnuts) low and slow for hours.

The ones that crack? We don't waste them.
We turn them into a 100% chestnut paste — no white bean, just 100% chestnut, sugar and a little water.

Then we wrap a whole, perfect shibukawa kuri ( candied chestnut ) inside with mochi and a dusting of houjicha powder.

Creamy, nutty and a whole chestnut heart inside.

Matcha Cream Puffs

Since I started this business, these cream puffs have been a secret bestseller alongside my strawberry shortcake.
It’s very simple—just crunchy choux pastry filled with rich matcha custard cream.

Whenever I went cake-hopping in Japan, this was always the one thing I had to buy. It’s a simple treat, but it’s the kind of special dessert that just makes you feel happy and relaxed.

Chestnut Rollcake

Light, fluffy, and perfect for sharing.

Our Chestnut Rollcake features a soft chocolate sponge, fresh vanilla cream, and delicious sweet chestnuts inside. It’s topped with rich chestnut cream and is so much easier to slice than a whole cake—making it the perfect treat for any celebration! 🎂
