Fresh mini Basque cheesecakes have just been delivered to Provenance Artisan Food Hall & Home restaurant in Westhoughton, one of my lovely stockists.

This week's flavours are Tiramisu, Salted Caramel Toffee Popcorn & Pretzel, and Chocolate & Toasted Marshmallows. They're all made with my traditional Basque cheesecake and finished with different toppings.

If you're nearby, make sure you pop in. Provenance is one of my favourite places for homemade food, an amazing butcher, local cheeses, fresh produce and so many brilliant local products. Definitely worth the visit 🩷

August has honestly been amazing. I’ve sold out at every single market, which is something I’m incredibly grateful for. Thank you so, so much for all your support, for coming back for more and for choosing The Bascake every month. It genuinely means the world to me 😍

Come and spend a lovely Saturday morning with us from 9:30am to 2pm at this small, friendly artisan market on a beautiful family farm — with plenty of free parking and a cute seating area for coffee and cake.

A little Saturday morning plan... 🌿

It's my first time at the Ryecroft Rare Breeds Artisan Market and I can't wait to be there! Ryecroft Rare Breeds

This is a small, friendly market on a local family farm with just a handful of independent local producers. It's the perfect place to slow down, grab a coffee, do a bit of shopping and support small businesses without the crowds.

If you're tired of busy markets and long queues, this is the perfect chance to come and meet us, have a chat and try The Bascake for the first time.

We’re back at the Haigh Woodland Park Artisan Market this Sunday from 10am until 4pm, or until sold out! 😄

After last week’s very quick sell out, I’m bringing more cheesecake than usual this time, so hopefully more of you will get the chance to try them and nobody misses out again.

I was actually planning a completely different menu, but so many of you told me you didn’t manage to get the flavours you wanted last week, so I decided to bring some of them back for one last summer menu.
September will be a little different, with the seasons changing and some more autumny flavours coming your way.

The Manchego cheesecake is coming back this Sunday. I’ve only made this one a handful of times, but everyone who has tried it has absolutely loved it.
One of my regular customers mentioned last Sunday that he’d love to see it back, so here it is!
I’m hoping lots more of you get to try it this time and I’d love to know what you think 🥰

This week, Provenance Food Hall will have these three Bascake flavours available by the slice: Pistachio & Raspberry, Traditional Basque and Lotus Biscoff 🤎

Remember they’re also an amazing artisan food hall and deli, with a bakery, fresh produce, butchers, patisserie and their lovely restaurant upstairs. And their new iced matcha looks incredible too! 💚
