Just a lil message to my customers 🤍

I don’t really like doing posts like this because I don’t want to come across like I’m asking for sympathy, but I feel like I owe a little honesty lately.

Running a small business is HARD, especially when you’re trying to juggle everything at once. Between getting stock, baking and decorating cakes, replying to messages, admin, managing staff, keeping the shop running and also trying to be the best mum possible, I honestly feel like I’m spinning about 100 plates at once most days 😅 add in some personal health struggles behind the scenes and it’s definitely been a lot recently.

I know sometimes people probably think I’m ignoring messages or forgetting things on purpose, but I promise I’m not, my brain is just overloaded most of the time and I’m trying my best to keep on top of everything.

The shop has actually been doing so much better recently and I’m genuinely SO thankful for every single order and every person supporting us. But with the price of everything increasing constantly, being busier sadly doesn’t always mean we’re financially better off, which is why ordering directly through us (on Fridays & Saturday evenings) helps more than people probably realise 🤍

I’m trying to work on better systems and routines to make things run smoother and lighten the load on myself a little, so please just bear with me while I figure things out.
