An 18th birthday cake for my youngest niece! Happy birthday Ruby- love you so much.

Ruby is a fan of malibu…. Can you tell? Carrot cake with cream cheese and candied pecan filling and butter cream coating. Decorated with 24 carat gold leaf, chocolate covered strawberries, fresh roses and chocolates. Little Sunshine Bakes

An enormous cake made for a special big birthday of my best friend’s mumma. It is a lot bigger than it looks with a 10 inch round, 12 inch tall bottom tier! My signature carrot cake with cream cheese and candied pecan filling. With an elephant, sunflower and purple theme requested. Hand drawn and modelled fondant elephant and a rustic log basket top tier. There were a lot of hours and a lot of love that went into making this cake and I’m so pleased that the birthday girl was happy with it. Happy birthday Angela ❤️ Little Sunshine Bakes
