On Monday, (25th April) while most of you are coming back from your long weekend getaway 🌴🌴or working with a double pay 🥰🥰, we trialled our recipes and baking techniques again ☺️☺️

Brought a plate of mini joys on Tuesday for everyone to enjoy, however another newbie wasn’t able to try them due to busyness!

So got her a 3-day old ensaymada from the family’s stash at home on Thursday!
