For me a fresh bake is the best bake :) you can’t beat the taste of a sponge baked using quality whole ingredients .
They say a baking is a science and it’s not far wrong , it’s taking me many years of trial and error’s to get my bakes to were they ar today.
Light, moist and full of flavour, using quality ingredients from real butter to free range eggs .
My bakes are always baked fresh for your wedding not that a frozen sponge takes that quality away , but a frozen sponge can’t really be re frozen again so a fresh baked cake gives you the option to freeze any leftovers to enjoy over many months.

Well as you I’ve advertised I took part in the rich wedding poor wedding programme , but the cake for whatever reason didn’t make the cut. The theme was enchanted forest and the clients loved it and gave me a fabulous review which I will share with you all. The venue and some amazing suppliers were shown in all their glory doing what they do best and looked fantastic . It just wasn’t my turn to shine and that’s fine 🫶🏻. I know a lot of you were hoping to see me .. me to me to but it just wasn’t meant to be lol. Anyway give me some love and pop me a like ❤️ if you love my cake

I’m here to make your wedding cake journey easy so from the designing of your cake to contacting venues and suppliers , in here to answer all those questions in between and one of them is what size do I order.
It does depend if the cake is going to be sliced up for desert , I advise going a little bit over but if it’s being cut at the end of the evening once everyone is fed and watered and some of your day guests have possibly left I advise around 20% less .
My most popular size is a 9/7/5 inch feeding around 90 it’s the perfect size wedding cake for today’s weddings .
The beauty of my weddings cakes are they are all baked fresh , you can pick a different flavour per each tier and any leftovers can be sliced wrapped and frozen for you to enjoy over many months.

Inspiration starts from somewhere so generally as a client this is were you have gathered your ideas for your wedding cake.
What makes me different is (iced cakes only) that I gather all your likes and themes and try and design a cake that is original . Your wedding day is special and your cake plays a big part in that. If you choose for me to design your cake then I will generally sketch a few designs with different price brackets meeting your brief.
There are generic wedding cakes on line and if you love them I’m not opposed to doing those either but this is what makes me stand out a little more.
I don’t want to copy another bakers hard work so if you have seen something unique to another baker lets make that your own tell me what you love about it and let’s design something just for you !!!

It’s quite a hard question to answer as designs vary so much when it comes to wedding cakes . So let me make it a bit easier .
My average spend for a wedding feeding 90 falls between 450-650. The examples of both priced cakes are in my images one being a fully ganched the other an over design with sugar flowers. There are then some in between that price bracket and the higher end.
The price does include up to 3 flavours
Delivery charges may apply if outside my delivery limit.
