Eating out with IBS can feel like such a gamble… especially somewhere new.
I recently spent a few days in Brighton and wanted to see how easy it would be to eat low FODMAP while away — and honestly, it ended up being one of the most relaxed food trips I’ve had in a long time.
I found some really great spots where I could eat without overthinking everything:
– Honest Burgers (simple, no hidden onion or garlic)
– Julien Plumart (incredible pastries and macarons)
– Ikigai Coffee (finally, tea done properly)
– Moshimo (a safe and easy sushi option)
– Brass Monkey Ice Cream (so many fun flavours)
– Semola (one of the best and most relaxed meals I’ve had eating out)
The biggest difference for me was planning ahead a little and choosing places that really understood their ingredients. It meant I could actually relax and enjoy the food.
