I've just been baking some cupcakes for my neighbour to take to her on Friday. It's been a while since I baked full on sugary cakes as I've been trying to be a bit on the healthier side and not have so much sugar. I now see it as a challenge to bake something that does not contain sugar or sugar replacements, such as stevia or xylitol, and it still be tasty. It is quite difficult but not too bad once you get your head (and taste buds!) around it.

Had a great day (in the end!) being a part of the Upper Walthamstow jumble trail today. Sold out of all my cakes I made (cupcakes, Victoria sponge, brownies and shortbread biscuits) as well as getting rid of some stuff we no longer needed. Thanks Walthamstow!

Here's a quick phone pic of the wedding cake I made for Neil and Zoe's wedding at Sandford Springs, Kingsclere from yesterday. Haven't made one for a little while. Nice to see I haven't lost it!

Spiderman colour scheme 4th birthday cupcakes for a friend's little boy. Hadn't made any cupcakes for a while! It was nice to have a reason again other than just for me and the husband!
