Couple of shots of a recent birthday cake. Girly super hero was the request, inspiration from several different Pinterest pins.
4 layers of Chocolate fudge cake sandwiches with chocolate buttercream, smothered in 50/50 chocolate ganache and iced in fondant.
All decorations cut and made by hand from fondant.

I had a lot of fun making Onchao the unicorn and some unicorn cupcakes.
Cake: Chocolate fudge cake with chocolate frosting, hand modelled sugar paste unicorn. Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting and sugarpaste toppers.
