This maltreated dog was rescued from a backstreet breeder. The customers buying the cute puppies on sale in the shop or on Internet selling sites will NEVER see this image. So that is why we are sharing. It is a shameful industry that breaks every rule. From payment of taxes, how often a bitch should be bred through to wider animal care.
Government figures indicate 560,000 puppies are born in England each year, but the Battersea Breeding Report 2015 exposed the failures of the current licensing system, showing that only 12% of these puppies are born to licensed breeders.
