This is one of the hardest posts I have had to write 😔.
Unfortunately due to all the increases of stock, wages and bills that have been made, small businesses are feeling the hit.
It is with great sadness that I am informing everyone that sophs brownies will be closing there doors on Friday 19th December and I will be hanging up my apron 😢.
I have tried everything for this not to happen but unfortunately it’s not not viable anymore.
I want to say a massive thank you to everyone that has supported me over the last nearly 5 years and all your continued custom. I have loved it so much and loved meeting new people.
Thank you again and would love to see you if possible before I shut.

Starting the school holidays off with a bang! Tomorrow Tuesday the 28th we will be offering our very popular mystery bags again! There isn’t as many as last time but still a good amount. We are open 10am till 4pm, so come and grab some yummy treats and a bargain price of £6 a bag 😊!

One of our brownie crew is off on maternity leave (so exciting! 🍼💖), and we’re looking for someone lovely to step in and help us out.

📅 When? Wednesday – Friday, 9am–4pm (nice hours, no weekends!)
🚗 Must: Be able to drive and have your own car – because brownies need a lift sometimes!
💷 Pay: Minimum wage
👩‍🍳 What will you do? A mix of helping in the bakery and serving our wonderful customers – and the best part? You’ll be surrounded by brownies all day long!

If you’re friendly, reliable, and fancy being part of a fun little bakery team, we’d love to hear from you. No experience needed as training done on site.
