It’s fair to say we are feeling the love from the surge of customers who have been in over the last few days. 💜

We have been completely wiped out of chilled stock. New batches are being made this morning and these will be ready to collect from 3pm. Thier availability is loaded on the website.

All our frozen stock will be available at discounted rates. But these are not listed on the website.

We are two staff down and it’s been a tough few days for the team. Please keep phoning and emailing to a minimum as we may not be able to respond.

Thankyou to everyone’s kind words and for making the effort to come down.

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the passing of a fellow Brummie. Ozzy Osborne was a true rock legend and I was sad to hear of his passing. Being a second generation Indian in my teenage years l went down a less traditional route, listening to heavy metal, dressing in all black. It was a time of discovery and where l found absolute joy in bands like Black Sabbath and still do. RIP Ozzy. This months Classic Brummie Chicken Balti is dedicated to you 🖤

Some days there is nothing better than a fresh off the tava hot roti brushed with butter and a vegetable sabji packed with flavour and a feeling of home. We love to eat with our hands. It connects us to our food.

I made this small batch of Courgette and Aubergine Sabji. Craving the veg. Cooked so the courgettes and aubergine soak up all the lovely tarka with sweet caramelised onions.

Can be used to fill a warp, in a toastie, with cous cous, or even a jacket potato filling.

Scoop up and enjoy.
