I know its only the 2nd of September but I'm already planning Christmas treats (I blame the weather) 🙈 Yule logs, sharing cakes and Brownie wreaths! Mince meat filled goodies! The list goes on!

Halloween goodies will be available to pre order from the 1st of October 🎉👻💀 the menus will be available soon. I'll have a new trick or treat bag available this year, along with the coffins that sold out last year!

If you're not a fan of buttercream don't worry I will do my best to keep it to a minimum. I packed this box with brownies, chocolate cookies, Blondie's, cake pots, caramel slices, millionaires pit, strawberry meringue pot, chocolate cake, mini raspberry and white chocolate meringues ❤

Vegan cakes still have a big stigma about them. A lot of people think they will be tasteless, dry and look rubbish! Well not in my kitchen!
I've been using the same vegan recipe for about 5 years and I won't use another one. It's moist, versatile like dairy sponge, and still looks just as good. I took these photos in the sunshine yesterday and just look how pretty they are.

Sometimes you need to take a little minute to slow down! ❤ Although I've been quiet on socials I've been a busy bee behind the scenes. From now till Christmas my diary is packed full of markets (I'll be posting the dates soon), wedding cakes, celebration cakes, beach hut orders, as well as my weekly wholesale orders.

Pretty in pink cupcakes ❤ sadly the customer didn't collect the happy birthday selection but they didn't go to waste.

Please be aware that if you order from a business they spend time baking, designing and decorating your customised order. They have to pay for the ingrients, decorations and packaging. The money for all of this comes out of their own pocket, it's their time that gets wasted when you don't collect. That's why I ask for a deposit (doesn't matter how well I know you), this secures your order, I won't be making any more orders without a deposit ❤

This cake made my kitchen soooooo sparkly 😍 It was like Tinkerbells dream!! The rose gold on the bottom tier and the shimmer on the top looked beautiful in the sunshine!
