It's time to bring my baking to the next level, and experiment! In the new year so far, I've tried my hand at ciabbatas and soda bread. While they've both turned out great, there is much to improve upon! So it's time to go back the kitchen to perfect the old and new!

Hello, if anyone fancy some fresh, home-made spreads and jams...
.. I have 4 jars left from my Rhubarb & Strawberry spread (expires end of July). It is delicious with pancakes, waffles, on ice cream or simply on toast.
I have lowered the prices a bit, so now only £3 for the big jars (3 available) and £2 for the smaller one 1 available).

3 jars of Mixed Summer Berry jam left (6 months expiry) and these are for £3.

Let me know if you would like to try some.

Experimenting with jams, preserves and spreads and these turned out perfect!

Both the Rhubarb and Strawberry Spread and the Mixed Summer Berry jam will be available at the Cromwell Community College Summer Fayre on the 4th of July, where I will be selling next.

Come along and check out the selection of cakes, sweet treats and spreads I will be offering there!

Hmmm...help me decide!
Should I bring these home-made mint choc fudge to the Cromwell school summer fayre?
Not gonna lie, they came out super tasty and me and my family love them, just as I've never tried selling fudge before, not sure what to expect...
Maybe I'll try just a couple of packs and see how it goes! :)

I have recently started experimenting with home-made jams and dried fruit snacks to add these to my selection of cakes.

I will bring some tasters to the Cromwell Summer Fayre which will be held on Friday 4th July, after school, so expect a stall full of goodies :)
