“What do you do?”
“I sell plant milk.”
“Oh… that’s different. What does a typical week look like?”
Honestly? Somewhere between presenting to NHS teams, pitching to buyers, answering emails at questionable hours, surviving on matcha, and convincing chefs that milk doesn’t actually need to come in a carton.
No two days are ever the same, which is exactly why I love it.
This week included trains, meetings, phone calls, new opportunities, plenty of KWERKY conversations, and a few moments where I had to stop and think, “Wow, this really is my job.”
