So here's my first cake made as a gift for my Flight Sergeants 50th birthday party (which I'm still recovering from 😂) after what has been a very challenging year!! Happy Birthday Phil!! . 2 tiers of Victoria sponge filled with home made strawberry conserve and vanilla buttercream. The plane is a Supermarine Spitfire and is a scale model made completely from scratch following blueprints. I didn't get a decent photo of it finished so these are the best I can do 🎂 🧚‍♂️

Don't set your prices based on what YOU would pay because you don't value your work as much as others would.

You take it for granted that you can do what you do. Other people can't do that

Don't undervalue your stuff. Don't underprice your work.

You're amazing.

So it's been a while since I've posted as I have relocated back to my hometown and I'm sorry to my loyal and existing customers for this and thank you for your custom over the years. Although I love producing pretty Christmas cakes I won’t be offering a Christmas menu this year. This is due to a relocation and I won’t be taking any bookings until I’m settled in 🙂 I’ll keep you updated and all existing wedding/birthday orders for February 2020 onwards will not be affected by this 🙂 thank you and have a lovely Christmas 🎄

This was my first attempt at a pet portrait. It was fully hand carved from 2 pieces of modelling paste. The eyes are something I struggle with and need to work on and whiskers were a little on the thick side but it’s all experience 😄
