Surprise 80th birthday celebration cake delivered to Darlington Court care home

Vanilla sponges layered with a strawberry conserve, vanilla buttercream, coated in a delicious white chocolate ganache and decorated in a bespoke sweet pea edible print which was created using my edible printer and finished with dried edible apple blossoms 🌸.

This is the second time I have made this cake, it was originally made by myself for a 70th birthday 2 years ago!
